Trackhouse Racing announced today that SafetyCulture will extend its partnership with the team through the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season, continuing its role as Trackhouse Racing’s Official Workplace Operations Partner.
The global workplace operations platform gives Trackhouse Racing the knowledge, tools and confidence to work safely, meet higher standards and improve every day on and off the track.
SafetyCulture first joined the NASCAR scene in 2024 while serving a full season as an associate partner and the primary sponsor in four of van Gisbergen’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series races. In 2025, SafetyCulture celebrated its first NASCAR Cup Series victory with van Gisbergen in Mexico City at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.
“Last season was unforgettable, and we wouldn’t have achieved so much success without SafetyCulture,” said van Gisbergen. “They helped keep our team prepared and focused, so we could show up every weekend and compete for wins. SafetyCulture was a big part of my racing career in New Zealand and Australia and to have their continued support on my NASCAR journey is special. My win in Mexico City with SafetyCulture on board is something I will never forget.”
SafetyCulture will make its on-track debut February 28 – March 1 at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, supporting van Gisbergen in both NASCAR races at the 2.30-mile road course. In addition to the Cup event, SafetyCulture will be the primary sponsor for van Gisbergen in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race on February 28 as he pilots the No. 9 JR Motorsports Chevrolet.
The global technology brand will also appear on teammate Ross Chastain’s No. 1 Chevrolet March 29 at the Cup Series race at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway.
Chastain, a six-time winner in the Cup Series and the 2025 Coca-Cola 600 race winner, finished second in the 2022 Cup Series points standings and is one of the most popular NASCAR drivers in NASCAR’s elite series.
SafetyCulture has also partnered with NASCAR and Trackhouse Racing to produce a new documentary spotlighting van Gisbergen’s rise to the top levels of international motorsport.
Runaway Kiwi follows van Gisbergen’s journey from his home in Manukau, New Zealand, to capturing five consecutive road course victories in his NASCAR rookie season.
More than a racing story, it explores the discipline, preparation and teamwork required to compete at the highest level – values that sit at the heart of SafetyCulture’s mission to improve the way the world works.
The documentary will be available to watch on the official NASCAR YouTube channel and The NASCAR Channel starting Friday, February 27.
SafetyCulture explained the strategy behind the van Gisbergen, Chastain and Trackhouse relationships.
“Trackhouse Racing sets the standard for how a modern race team operates, which is exactly why this partnership works,” said Hamish Grant, Chief Marketing Officer at SafetyCulture. “Behind the scenes, the team uses SafetyCulture every day to spot issues early and stay sharp, whether that’s in the shop, the garage, or under pressure on race day.”
“We’re proud to extend our partnership through 2026 and back a team focused on consistency and preparation. When every millisecond counts, the discipline you build off the track is what shows up when it matters most.”
