Gisele Bündchen has a new fitness regime that is transforming her body.

In a video posted on instagram on Monday, February 23 the Brazilian model and activist demonstrated to fans the exercises she feels are making a huge difference. “They really have helped me gain my core strength back after my third pregnancy,” she said before demonstrating the simple moves on her hands and knees. “I wish I knew them before and I feel my core is much stronger now.”

“After my last baby, I started these five slow, intentional movements around eight weeks postpartum,” the mom of three, who welcomed a son with now-husband Joaquim Valente last February, explained in the caption.

“No traditional crunches, just gentle, conscious work that helped me reconnect with my core and they have been a game changer for me.”

Bündchen — who also shares Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-husband Tom Brady — explained her workout initially began with just five mindful repetitions before gradually working her way up to 20.

The exercises, which require no equipment, are loosely based on workouts she has been doing in a pilates class.

“I took almost a full year to return to my regular workouts, and I truly believe slowing down made all the difference for me. It helped me rebuild my deeper core and protect my back. Even now at 45, I feel super strong.”

She suggested fans check with their health care provider before trying the exercises in her video.

It’s not the first time she has shared wellness advice. On her Instagram on March 1, 2023 she posted a photo in a yoga pose and wrote: “Being healthy is more than a clean diet and exercise. It’s about our attitudes, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and actions.”
