HARDSTYLE was behind Lady Gaga’s lauded “Disease” and “Abracadabra” music videos, as well as her Coachella performance. They also collaborate regularly with Travis Scott, having styled his Utopia zine and tour, as well as various editorial projects – including the Travis Scott and Valerio Olgiati cover story for 032c’s Winter 24/25 Issue.

Last year, Rosenzweig and Royal set out to create something that would showcase the breadth and purity of their editorial vision – with no artists, advertisers, or publishers to please. The result is a book called HARDSTYLE: a 200-page visual manifesto with a hard metal cover.

Originally conceived as a seasonal zine responding to the current fashion cycle (F/W 24-25), the project evolved and grew over time. The book was shot by photographer Arcin Sagdic over a six day period in London, and also includes alt-beauty icon Isamaya Ffrench in the list of credits as a makeup artist. “Both of us go too hard,” Rosenzweig said. “It turned into something much larger in scope.”
