Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and more cast members from “Scream 7” hit the red carpet on Wednesday night for the film’s premiere in Los Angeles.

Featuring an array of style approaches, labels and designers, the red carpet was a collection of ’90s trends and modern looks. WWD breaks down those looks ahead.

Neve Campbell brought back the ’90s with her androgynous suited moment. The actress wore a wool gray suit with a double-breasted blazer with sinuous lapels and wide-leg trousers. A glossy dress shirt in icy blue was worn beneath the blazer, paired with a black tie. Campbell wore a pair of shimmering pointed toe heels to complete her attire.

Celeste O’Connor got fired up for the “Scream 7” premiere in a design by Rahul Mishra, a look from the couturier’s spring 2026 collection. The strapless gown was designed with a plunging neckline and dripped in tassel-like gems. Combative shades of red and black created a lava motif on the dress, further accentuated by O’Connor’s makeup and hair.

Anna Camp

Anna Camp wore a sleeveless dress from McQueen’s spring 2024 collection. The ornate dress featured intricate red embroidery depicting the human anatomy and a hand, with red string flowing down from the hips. Camp paired the dress with Alexandre Birman sandal heels.

“Scream 7” follows Sidney Prescott, played by Neve Campbell, who, after moving to a new town to start her life anew, finds her daughter the next victim of the Ghostface killer. The film hits theaters Friday.
