At MWC 2026, Lenovo presented a wide portfolio of business devices and concepts, among which the key was the ThinkBook Modular AI PC Concept modular laptop with interchangeable ports and a removable second display.

The concept is built around a 14-inch base and a modular design that allows for configuration changes depending on the work scenario. An additional 14-inch screen can be attached to the lid for collaborative work, placed next to it as a portable monitor, or replaced with a keyboard for a dual-screen system. In the maximum configuration, the workspace can reach approximately 19 inches.

Modular elements include a detachable Bluetooth keyboard, display modules, and interchangeable I/O ports, including USB-A, USB-C, and HDMI. They allow you to transform the device from a compact laptop to a full-fledged workstation without losing mobility. Data and power transfer between modules is carried out via pogo-pin connectors, ensuring stable operation.

Lenovo positions the concept as a versatile device for professionals who work in different modes throughout the day – from mobile use to stationary productivity.

In addition to the modular laptop, the company also showed off its new ThinkTab X11 rugged tablet for industrial and field use. It runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 platform, has MIL-STD-810H and IP68 protection, and supports a removable battery for continuous operation.

Lenovo also updated its ThinkPad T-Series Copilot+ business PC lineup with a focus on maintainability, autonomy, and AI-ready performance. Some models received high maintainability ratings and new Intel, AMD, and Snapdragon processor configurations.

Other new products include the ThinkPad X13 Detachable laptop, the ThinkBook 14 2-in-1 Gen 6 convertible for small businesses, and the ThinkVision M16 portable monitor, designed to expand your workspace in mobile environments.

Lenovo also demonstrated the AI Workmate concept – a desktop assistant with local data processing that can help with documents, notes and presentations through voice, text and gesture control.

Most of the presented devices are focused on the corporate segment and work with AI tools, while the modular ThinkBook remains a demonstration of possible future laptop form factors.
