A dodgy-looking man ran afoul of the law after throwing a basketball at traffic in the east end of St. John’s yesterday morning.
The bizarre incident happened at about 9:00.
The 28-year-old was charged by the RNC with property damage and breach of a release order. He spent the night in the lockup.
