Winnipeg police say they have made the third and final arrest in connection with the homicide of Kingsley Bruce, 40.
Sebastian Atkinson, 25, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder.
Emmanuel Max Spence, 25, and Thomas Jeremy Spence, 39, were arrested on March 9 and March 11, respectively. Both are charged with manslaughter.
Bruce, who is originally from Poplar River First Nation but was living in Winnipeg, was found injured at an apartment on Selkirk Avenue on March 3 after police received reports of a shooting.
He was rushed to hospital but died of his injuries.
Bruce and the three accused men knew each other, police said.
