Lanes on Highway 9 in Caledon are closed after a crash on Thursday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the crash in the eastbound lanes of the highway between The Gore Road and Humber Station Road in Palgrave, the Ontario Provincial Police said just after 6 a.m.
Police said the extent of injuries is being assessed.
The eastbound lanes may be closed for up to five hours for the investigation, police said.
The OPP asked drivers to use alternate routes.
