Shots fired at Surrey home early Monday morning

Police in Surrey are investigating an early-morning shots fired incident.
Surrey Police Service is looking into shots that were fired at a residence in the central Surrey area on Monday (April 13) at around 2:50 a.m.
When SPS officers responded to a report of gunshots near 95 Avenue and 127 Street, police located a residence with apparent damage caused by gunshots. Fortunately, none of the home’s occupants were injured, SPS said in a release.
SPS Major Crime Section investigators and Integrated Forensic Identification Services officers will be assisting with the investigation.
“This incident is in the early stages of investigation, and the motivation for the shooting is currently unknown,” the release said.
