It was a night A’ja Wilson will never forget. Not only did her Las Vegas Aces win their fourth straight game and move to 18-14 on the season, but she was the first player in WNBA history to perform the way she did on Sunday against theConnecticut Sun.
Wilson scored 32 points, recorded 20 rebounds, dished out five assists, and had two steals in the game. Her history was that she was the first player in WNBA history to score 30+ points and rip down 20+ rebounds in the same game.

The Aces needed it all from Wilson, as they trailed by four after one, and the game was tied at halftime. The third quarter was where Las Vegas took over, winning the quarter 25-17.
Jackie Young also had a strong night for the Aces. The shooting guard scored 21 points and dished out six assists in the game.
In the loss for the Sun, Marina Mabrey was the top scorer, as she played 33 minutes and scored 22 points on 8-for-16 shooting. The loss for Connecticut dropped them to a league-worst 5-25 on the season.

The performance for Wilson came just two nights following her scoring 29 points on her 29th birthday against Seattle on Friday. It was her third straight game scoring 27+ points in a game. On the season, she was scoring 21.8 points coming into the game.
Las Vegas has another home game on Wednesday, as they will host the New York Liberty. A quick road trip to Phoenix on Friday leads to three more home games for the Aces.
