Congratulations to CBC Let’s Go music columnist Duke Eatmon, who received the Grand Prix Dynastie for his work in radio at the 2026 Dynastie awards.
The event celebrates and highlights the achievements of Black personalities in Quebec who excel in the cultural, entertainment and media industries, all of whom project a positive image and act as role models for the generations to come.
Duke received this recognition 10 years after winning his first Dynastie award for “English Radio Personality of the Year” in 2017.
Previous CBC winners include journalist Kwabena Oduro, Daybreak’s Sean Henry and The Bridge host Nantali Indongo.
The 10th edition of the Gala Dynastie, titled “The End of an Era,” took place on April 11, 2026, at Place des Arts. This milestone event featured tribute awards rather than standard categories, celebrating 14 individuals and two Grand Prix winners.
