We are asking the public’s assistance in locating a man who went missing at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15.
Shuai, also known as William, is 32-years-old and has a medical condition.
He became separated from his family near the city hall C-Train station.
William is 5″5′ tall, 165 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
