Investigators are searching for a male suspect after a victim was sexually assaulted in a Brampton park.
The incident happened on Thursday around 3 p.m. while a person was walking on a trail in the area of Loafer’s Lake Park and Camden Park East.
That’s when the victim was approached by an unknown male suspect “who grabbed them without provocation,” police say.
Police say the victim sustained minor injuries in the sex assault.
The suspect is described as a Black male with a heavy build and a black beard. He is approximately 5’9” tall and believed to be between 16 and 18 years of age.
He was wearing a dark hoodie with a grey logo on the front and dark sweatpants, police say.
