Lapu-Lapu day event met with opposition from victims one year after tragedy
It’s been almost one year since one of Vancouver’s darkest days, and the trauma of the Lapu-Lapu Day tragedy continues to reverberate throughout the local community. Organizers decided to go ahead with an altered version on Sunday. Jack Rabb reports.
