A woman is dead and three other people were injured after a serious two-vehicle crash in Ottawa on Tuesday, police say.
Ottawa police said emergency crews responded to the scene at the intersection of Woodroffe Avenue and Slack Road at around 5:20 p.m.
The collision involved an SUV and a sedan.
A woman in her 50s died at the scene.
Police said three other people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police didn’t say what may have caused the crash.
Any witnesses and anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident who has not yet spoken with police was asked to come forward.
