A motorcycle driver from Brampton was killed following an early morning crash in eastern Ontario,
Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the OPP say they were called just after midnight today (April 23) after receiving reports that the motorcycle crashed into a guardrail in the Village of Bath, 25 km west of Kingston.
As a result of the collision, the 27-year-old driver from the City of Brampton was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver has not been identified.
“Bath Road remained closed in both directions for several hours between Sir John Johnson Drive and Lennox and Addington County Road 4 for the on-site investigation, with assistance from the OPP Technical Collision Investigation and Reconstruction teams. Bath Road has since reopened,” said the OPP in a statement released hours later.
