Ottawa paramedics say a woman is critically injured after a “high-speed” collision in south Ottawa Saturday evening.
Neil Martin of the Ottawa Paramedic Service (OPS) said seven people were assessed when paramedics arrived to the scene at the intersection of Trail Road and Barnsdale Road a little after 6 p.m. Saturday.
Three females were taken to hospital, Martin said, including an elderly woman in serious but stable condition and a youth who was taken to CHEO in stable condition.
The woman in critical condition was taken to hospital with “multiple-system trauma,” Martin said.
