CLINTON, N.Y. – Hamilton College won eight out of nine matches, resulting in a 6-1 NESCAC victory for the Continentals on Senior Day against the Connecticut College Camels inside Hamilton’s Margaret Bundy Scott Field House on Saturday, April 25.
Season Update
Hamilton (8-8, 2-7 NESCAC) is ranked 53rd in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III computerized team rankings. The Continentals recorded their first conference victory since March 29.
Connecticut College (3-15, 0-9) lost its sixth straight match.
How It Happened
Powered by two thrilling 7-6 doubles wins, the Continentals swept all three matches and earned the doubles team point.
Eerik Villem Aadamsoo ’28 dominated at No. 2 singles, dropping just one game.
Minutes apart, Lleyton Mendieta ’28 and Anson Anderson ’26 secured victories at No. 1 and No. 3 singles, putting Hamilton up 4-0 and securing the win.
Alexei Katelevsky ’29 and Filip Moller ’29 teamed up to win the No. 2 doubles match, and both players also won their singles matches.
Notes
Hamilton has won its last five matches against Connecticut College dating back to 2022.
Antonio Chavez ’28 picked up his second doubles victory this spring.
Moller and Katelevsky improved their doubles record together in dual matches to 7-3.
Aadamsoo and Mendieta secured their team-high ninth doubles win of 2026.
