A big match announced for tonight’s WWE Raw show in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada has been canceled due to a star not being medically cleared.
Naomi became the new Women’s World Champion back at Evolution, when she cashed in her Money In The Bank briefcase during IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley’s main event match.
Naomi would go on to defend the title against both IYO and Rhea at SummerSlam, and was set to defend the title against IYO in a singles match on tonight’s Raw show.
However, WWE has now announced that the match will no longer be taking place on the show, due to Naomi not being medically cleared to compete.
They wrote:
BREAKING NEWS: Naomi is not medically cleared to compete and therefore her scheduled match against Iyo Sky will not take place tonight on Monday Night Raw.
