NOTICE OF DISPOSITION BY WAY OF LEASE
In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Chilliwack intends to lease a portion of floor space to Tzeachten Youth Soccer Association (doing business as Tzeachten Chilliwack United Football Club), located within the Chilliwack Coliseum at 45323 Hodgins Avenue, legally described as PID: 025-627-678, Lot 1, Division A, New Westminster District Plan BCP4900. The proposed term of the lease is for one (1) year, with the monthly lease rental amount of $2000.00 plus GST, for administration, reception and office use for Youth Soccer.
