Nearly $1 million separates the top and bottom-ranked homes on a list of the most expensive properties sold in Brampton during April.

All of the properties that made this month’s most expensive list are detached homes with four or more bedrooms, and sold for between $2.71 million and $1.78 million.

Here’s a look at the five most expensive homes sold in Brampton in April.

28 Manswood Cres. – $2,715,000

This five-bedroom home sits on a scenic 2.6-acre lot in the heart of Brampton. Built in 1985, the home has a functional layout ideal for multi-generational living with five bedrooms, hardwood, marble and ceramic flooring throughout.
