Residents in north Brampton now have another option for grocery store shopping.
FreshCo has opened at the plaza located at Dixie Road and Peter Robertson Boulevard.
The store is a large one, 32,000 sq-ft, and offers a wide selection of food items including products that appeal to those with international tastes.
The company welcomed franchise Vito Nobile in a message posted online when the store opened on April 30.
“Today, we are celebrating the grand opening of our new FreshCo location in Brampton, Ontario,” the company message reads. “Congratulations to Vito and his team, looking forward working with you!”
FreshCo said the new store should appeal to shoppers in one of Canada’s most diverse communities, but customers should also expect to find all of the traditional products, everyday essentials and fresh fruits and vegetables that the store is known for.
