Two occupants of a commercial motor vehicle received serious injuries after a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 69 at the Highway 17 junction in Sudbury.
Provincial police responded to the collision at 1:35 a.m. May 5.
Two occupants in the vehicle were transported to the area hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver, a 30-year-old manĀ from Edmonton, was charged with careless driving causing bodily harm.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Sudbury court on June 12.
