A new proposal for a 144-unit infill apartment building has come forward for a Mississauga neighbourhood.
The 13-storey building is a revised plan for 1315 Bough Beeches Blvd., near Dixie and Rathburn roads.
Last year, WND Associates Ltd., the property owner, presented a plan for two 18-storey buildings connected by a six-storey podium on the site.

In the new proposal, the 13-storey building would have a mix of units, including 12 studios, 48 one-bedroom units, 13 one-bedroom plus den units, 59 two-bedrooms, and 12 three-bedroom units, the plans submitted to the City of Mississauga show.
The existing building, a 20-storey building, would remain on the property.

A total of 144 parking spaces and 26 electric vehicle parking spaces are in the plans. There are also 95 bicycle spaces planned.

Coun. Chris Fonseca has held a series of community meetings on the proposals for the property.
The plan is still in its early stages, and it is scheduled to come to the City of Mississauga Planning and Development Committee meeting on July 27.
