‘Take advantage of bargain basement prices,’ said gallery owner Carmen Martorella
The Art & Soul Gallery, located at 6 Baker St. in the city’s Uptown area, is closing its doors.
The gallery, run by local artist Carmen Martorella, is having a Closing Out Sale May 9 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering 50 per cent off all regular-priced paintings.
“Take advantage of bargain basement prices,” said a notice from the gallery. “What a great time to buy painted flowers for Mother’s Day that will last a lifetime.”
The gallery was only opened by Martorella back in 2023. She’s known for her 365-day project, creating one painting every day from November 2024 to November 2025.
