Forty-two new transitional housing units will be coming onto the market in less than 18 months. The homes will be built in a three-story brick building on Crémazie Boulevard, east of Saint-Laurent. The goal is to help move people out of shelters and into the transition homes before eventually moving them into permanent private residences. Tim Sargeant reports.
