British Columbians woke to an amber alert Monday morning for three-year-old twins believed to have been abducted.

Around 1:10 a.m., the Terrace RCMP issued the alert, searching for the children, who disappeared from a home around 10 p.m. Sunday.

Around 3 a.m., Mounties cancelled the amber alert. EmergencyInfoBC says the children have been “returned to safety.”
