Afterward, Mosley Jr. turned his attention toward the unbeaten Walsh (16-0, 11 KOs), who fought in the main event of the first Zuffa Boxing event and remains one of the promotion’s featured fighters.

“There was a guy that fought in the very first Zuffa card in the main event. His name is Callum Walsh. Where’s he at?” Mosley Jr. said after the fight.

“I just can’t wait to be king. Let’s go.”

Walsh currently does not have a fight scheduled, which could make him an easy option for Zuffa if the promotion wants to move quickly with Mosley Jr. after his upset victory over Bohachuk.

The bigger question is whether Zuffa views Walsh as ready for that kind of fight yet. Although Walsh has developed a strong following among Irish fans and continues drawing crowds, many boxing fans still question his level of opposition and whether the promotion prefers to continue building him carefully before matching him against experienced veterans coming off major wins.

“I know he has a fight coming up. Once he resolves that, let’s go,” Mosley Jr. said.

“If I have to fight in between that, let’s go. I’ll do that, but I want Callum Walsh. “If we can set it up next, let’s run it.”
