One man is dead and officers have closed a street in Brampton following an incident at a workplace, police say.
The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Friday at 227 Advance Blvd. in Brampton, Peel Regional Police say.
Investigators described the report as a “workplace injury.” Police haven’t named the victim’s employer, and multiple businesses are located at 227 Advance Blvd., including automotive repair shops.
Police have closed Advance Boulevard in both directions between Tomken Road and Dixie Road, and say drivers should avoid the area.
