Building boats and community on Calgary lakes, one print at a time

Paul McWilliams anchors the Calgary Model Sailing Association not by winning races, but by building the boats themselves. As one of the club’s 3D printing experts, Paul focuses on the creative process — designing, upgrading, and printing custom parts — to foster a supportive, social community. For him, the ultimate reward is sharing the joy of sailing, through lunchtime camaraderie with fellow “Codgers.”
