She’s gone for the year with a torn ACL after just four games, and the Sky have dropped two straight since losing their leading scorer, who was averaging 18.0 points per game before the injury. Meanwhile, Brittney Sykes is absolutely cooking in Toronto, posting 20.8 PPG (ranked seventh). Now, she’s walking into a Chicago defense that just got torched by Dallas and Minnesota back-to-back for 85+ points and has been giving up the fourth-most points in the league (89.2).

The OVER is the safer play for me. Toronto’s last three opponents scored 90, 100, and 99 against them. Chicago’s offense sits at a modest 83.3 PPG, one of the lower marks in the WNBA. But, I’m taking that just as a sample size considering how early we are into the year. The Minnesota Lynx held the Sky to 75 last time out and Minnesota actually plays defense (82.3 PPG, ranked fourth). Toronto does not.
