PWHL’s Victoire bring Walter Cup to Montreal for Game 3

The team was honored in the arena during the first media timeout.

Led by captain Marie-Philip Poulin, the Victoire captured its first-ever PWHL championship on May 21 and became the first Canadian team to earn the title.

Victoire forward Abby Roque scored two goals, including the game-winner, in the deciding Game 4 victory.

Prior to Monday’s game, Victoire head coach Kori Cheverie met up with Canadiens head coach Martin St. Louis.
