Investigators have laid charges against another suspect from Brampton after fires were set in the same subdivision.
The OPP says the pair of fires happened between Jan. 20 and Feb. 10 in a new subdivision off Bass Lake Side Road in Oro-Medonte, around 20 kilometres southwest of Orillia.
All fires were safely contained and there were no reported injuries, police say.
In April, investigators announced two arrests including one suspect from Brampton, and now say a second person from Brampton has been arrested and charged.
Harminder Sandhar, 40, of Kitchener, and Dikshant Goyal, 22, of Brampton, have been charged with two counts each of arson – damage to property.
The OPP says Arshdeep Singh, 26, of Brampton, has also been charged with arson – damage to property.
