Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two men linked to a series of fuel fraud incidents in Brampton involving stolen credit card information.
Investigators with the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau say the suspects are believed to be connected to 19 separate incidents that took place between May 13 and June 5, 2025, at a gas station near Queen Street East and Delta Park Boulevard.
According to Peel Regional Police, the suspects used stolen credit card data to purchase fuel for large commercial trucking vehicles.
Police released surveillance images of two men as part of the investigation.
One of the suspects is described as a South Asian man between 35 and 40 years old with a heavy build and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a reflective vest, an Adidas shirt, brown cargo pants and green running shoes.
Investigators are encouraging residents and businesses to remain vigilant against fraud-related crimes. More information and fraud prevention tips are available through the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
