Tuesday’s forecast calls for mixed conditions with a high around 25 C in the Greater Toronto Area and across southern Ontario.
Environment Canada says the morning will start off sunny before becoming a mix of sun and clouds in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Oshawa and the Niagara Falls area.
A northwest wind will be blowing around 20 km/h in the afternoon, with a UV index of 8 or “very high,” the weather agency says.
The daytime high will be 25 C in Toronto and 24 C in Mississauga. The seasonal normal for this time of year is between 10 C and 22 C, Environment Canada says.
Tuesday night is expected to bring a few clouds to the GTA with 20 km/h winds dying down in the evening. The low will be around 11 C in Toronto and 10 C in Mississauga.
Looking ahead to Wednesday, conditions are expected to be sunny in Mississauga with a high of 27 C and a low of 14 C. Thursday could be even warmer, with a high of 29 C and a low of 17 C.
