The least expensive home sold in Mississauga last month went for under $250,000.
As real estate prices remain low, buyers can find some good deals.
The average home selling price was $966,615 in April, down from $993,959 in April 2025.
The condo market has seen low prices in recent months, but in April, the average condo price rose 3.7 per cent to $546,984, with 134 sales recorded, up 6.4 per cent month-over-month, real estate brokerage Zoocasa said in its monthly report.
There are cheaper properties out there.
Here is Zoocasa’s list of the five least expensive homes sold in Mississauga last month:

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo unit is located in Clarkson Village. The 609-square-foot condo features an ensuite laundry and updated foyer and hallways. The unit also includes two parking spots.
The $747 monthly condo fee includes heat, water, cable TV, internet and Walden Club Membership.
This place sold for $372,500, under the $379,000 list price.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is in the heart of Mississauga, near Cooksville GO Station. The building features include a fitness room, outdoor pool, tennis courts, sauna, party room, bike storage and visitor parking.
This place sold for $350,000, under the $379,000 list price.
1801-365 Prince of Wales Dr.

This bachelor/studio condominium unit is in the City Centre near Square One Shopping Centre. It comes with one parking space, a locker and an east-facing balcony.
Features include nine-foot ceilings, an ensuite laundry, stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen countertops. Building amenities include a multipurpose sports court, a barbecue terrace, a party room, a theatre room, visitor parking and a 24-hour concierge.
This place sold for the asking price of $330,000.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom townhome is located near Mavis Drive and Dundas Street. It offers a bright open-concept layout featuring a living and dining area, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a workspace.
This place sold for $315,000, under the $319,900 list price.

This bachelor/studio ground-floor unit in Churchill Meadows is the least expensive place sold last month. Located in a low-rise building, features include an ensuite laundry and a three-piece bathroom.
This place sold for $250,000, under the $299,900 list price.
Online real estate records show this place sold for $430,000 in January 2022.
