We’re officially one week out until Vancouver hosts the first of seven FIFA World Cup games at BC Place. And with thoughts of tens of thousands of visitors arriving for those matches, businesses in the downtown core are hoping to capitalize on that anticipated influx, with a planned seven week closure of a stretch of Granville Street.
