A section of the St. James Bridge closed for hours after a serious crash involving two motorcycles is open again, Winnipeg police say.
Officers responded to the collision at Portage Avenue and Century Street just after 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, a police spokesperson told CBC News.
Northbound lanes on Century Street, from Academy Road to Portage Avenue, remained closed to traffic at 9:30 a.m., police said.
The lanes were reopened about 2:20 p.m., they said in an update.
Traffic division officials are still investigating the crash.
