Two people have been charged in the death of a 32-year-old man who was found dead outside a home in Winnipeg’s North End just over a week ago.
Officers responding to a well-being call at a residence on Stella Avenue between Parr and McKenzie streets just before 8 a.m. on May 30 found the body of James Raymond Ashan, a member of Peguis First Nation who lived in Winnipeg, police said previously.
On Monday, police said his death has been deemed a homicide.
