A third man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 79-year-old woman in Toronto’s Wychwood neighbourhood last December.
The man, 39, of Peterborough, was arrested and charged Monday, Toronto police said in a news release Monday.
Jolan Kun of Toronto was found dead in an apartment on Dec. 9, 2025 at about 8:20 a.m. in the area of St. Clair Avenue W. and Rushton Road.
Officers responded to a “medical complaint” and found Kun. A post mortem exam was conducted and her death was deemed a homicide.
In January, after police carried out two search warrants, two 38-year-old Toronto men were arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death.
