Man killed in Surrey, B.C., is alleged top Bishnoi gang member, the fifth estate reveals

A man was shot in broad daylight in an office building in Surrey, B.C., in May. It was a targeted killing. CBC’s the fifth estate has learned the man killed was allegedly a top handler for the Lawrence Bishnoi gang — and had alleged ties to cricket fixing.
