Officers responded to reports of gunfire at a home in the Schonsee neighbourhood around 11:30 p.m. on April 24. Police say several shots were fired at residents as they arrived at the property.

Two adults were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. No other injuries were reported.

Investigators reviewing surveillance footage determined the suspect allegedly arrived in a dark-coloured pickup truck that had been parked along the west side of 78 Street near 173 Avenue since about 9:45 p.m.
