Following Denny Hamlin’s victory in Sunday’s Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono, there are only 10 races left in the NASCAR Cup Series regular season. Here’s what the Cup Series Chase grid looks like through 16 races.

7. Chris Buescher (+110)

13. Bubba Wallace (+43)

Wallace lost two spots and six points to the cut line after getting tangled up in a Lap 47 crash and finishing 21st on Sunday. With a pair of road courses coming up, top 15 results over the next two weeks would go a long way towards his Chase hopes. 

14. Shane van Gisbergen (+10)

Van Gisbergen was also involved in the Lap 47 wreck and finished 31st on Sunday at Pocono. However, he has an excellent chance to expand his gap to the cut line with two road courses on the docket. 

15. Erik Jones (+4)

A stellar sixth-place run at Pocono put Jones into the Chase field. He hasn’t made the postseason since 2022, but it’s looking like he can change that this year. 

16. Austin Cindric (+4)

Cindric simply treaded water this week, finishing 14th and gaining a single point on the cut line. He’ll need two solid road races to stay above the cut line going into July. 

17. Brad Keselowski (-4)

Keselowski was also involved in the Lap 47 crash and finished last (38th) on Sunday. The No. 6 team has three consecutive finishes of 34th or worse. 

18. Joey Logano (-21)

Logano, like many of his cut line peers, was also involved in the Lap 47 accident and lost 18 points to the cut line on Sunday. If he doesn’t finish well at San Diego or Sonoma, there’s a real chance he’s close to a full race back of 16th by the time July rolls around. 

19. Ryan Preece (-33)

Preece finished 28th on Sunday and lost 14 more points to the cut line He has four straight finishes of 28th or worse and has drifted to the outside looking in after previously being inside the top 16. 

20. Michael McDowell (-49)

McDowell only lost three points to the cut line after a quiet 17th-place finish on Sunday. The two upcoming road course races are a big opportunity for the No. 71 team to close that gap.
