Korn are facing criticism over an alleged use of AI in promotional images for their latest Issues-themed merchandise.
The band recently launched a blind-box series of four plush keychain dolls inspired by the alternate covers of their 1999 album Issues. However, fans on Reddit quickly pointed to misspellings and garbled text in the product box mockups featured on Korn’s official store, leading to accusations that the images were AI-generated.
It remains unclear whether those errors appear on the physical packaging or were limited to the online mockups. The controversy arrives amid continued backlash over the use of AI in music-related artwork and merchandise.
