An Isle of Wight tennis talent is now ranked in the world top five for over-30s.

Harry Wilmott-Stanton, who trained on the Island, spent part of his teenage years playing at Ryde Lawn and Ryde Mead tennis clubs.

He later moved to Perth to work as a performance tennis coach, where he began competing on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Over 30 World Tour.

He is also the highest-ranked British player in the ITF 30+ singles.

Recent achievements include winning the 2025 Australian National Championship in Adelaide and reaching the finals of the Queensland Championships.

Harry is now training for the 2026 World Championships (30+) in Tokyo.
