UPDATE: Police now say the situation has been resolved. The person in crisis is safe, and no injuries were reported.
Police say there’s no threat to the public but are advising Brampton residents of an investigation into a person in crisis.
Peel Regional Police said shortly after 1 p.m. on Friday that residents can expect to see a large police presence in the area of Personna Circle and Abbotsbury Drive.
Police say they are investigating a “person in crisis.” And while there is no threat to public safety, investigators say residents should avoid the area while officers are on the scene.
