Calgary Stampeders moved to 2-2 on the season with a 41-33 road win over the BC Lions, dropping Vancouver to a concerning 0-3. Despite Nathan Rourke going off for 462 yards through the air, Calgary’s defense made enough plays late — including four sacks — to keep the Lions winless heading into July. Rourke’s 462 passing yards and 76.2% completion rate (32/42) were genuinely impressive, but Zy Alexander‘s interception and the Stamps’ four-sack day kept it from meaning anything in the win column.
