One man is dead, and five others were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Brampton.
Police in Peel Region say two sedans collided at McVean Drive and Countryside Road around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday.
The first vehicle had one driver who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and one passenger who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second vehicle was occupied by a driver and 3 passengers, who sustain various injuries from minor to life-threatening.
They have all been identified as men in their 20s.
Investigators believe one driver may have run a red light. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor and charges are pending.
