NEED ANSWERS

I am Alberta-born and not living in Alberta. I have one Alberta-born son, two born in British Columbia, one of which has been living in Alberta for 20-plus years. Can I and the Alberta-born son expect to have dual citizenship? Will my Alberta-born mom, who turns 90 this summer, lose her Canadian citizenship? I get that resources and dollars are not handled respectfully or fairly by our federal government. Is there any jurisdiction on our planet where there is that kind of justice? I doubt it.
