The madness of the LEGO Formula 1 Drivers Parade is set to make a return at Silverstone for the 2026 British Grand Prix with the entire grid taking part in LEGO-fuelled mayhem on the track!

The LEGO Drivers Parade 2.0 features the entire grid, with each driver getting to drive around a LEGO Minicar for the ultimate LEGOfied Go Kart experience on the track. For the first time, the drivers will get behind the wheel of their own single-seater minicar made of over 28,000 LEGO bricks and capable of reaching speeds of up to 25km/h.

The 2026 LEGO Drivers Parade will take place on Sunday, 5 July 2026 at 1pm local time, approximately two hours before the race begins. Click this link to convert it to your local time zone

The LEGO Driver’s Parade at the 2025 Miami GP was one of the most memorable moments of the 2025 season, where each team drove around the track in supersized LEGO versions of their F1 cars, and hilarity of course ensued as the drivers attempted to race and run each other off the track. The announcement comes following last year’s FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2025 Drivers Parade where 10 fully drivable big build LEGO cars, inspired by the LEGO F1 Collection Speed Champions range took to the track, with F1 drivers behind the wheel. What unfolded was a lap of chaos, childlike joy, and laughter. This year, the minicars were inspired by each F1 teams 2026 livery, with team emblems, colourways and driver numbers all included to make the minicars look and feel as authentic as possible – with a fun LEGO spin.

“We always listen to our fans, and it was clear from the 2025 Miami Grand Prix Drivers Parade that both fans and drivers wanted more,” said Julia Goldin, Chief Product & Marketing Officer of the LEGO Group. “We’re back with a 2.0 version in a brand-new format, bringing even more fun and excitement to the parade.”

Here are some fun facts about the 2026 LEGO Drivers Parade minicars!

Each of these LEGO F1 minicars comprises over 28,000 LEGO bricks, along with a selection of other components to make them capable of driving.

Over 6400 combined hours were spent on the development and construction of these 22 LEGO F1 minicars.

These big builds were created by 20 specialists in design, engineering and building from the LEGO Group

These big builds will be capable of reaching up to 25km/h during their unveiling at the British Grand Prix Driver’s Parade

Each of these LEGO F1 minicars weighs approximately 280kg, with 65kg of that being LEGO bricks

Each minicar is fitted with standard go-kart wheels
